PEP Pasefika Care Model

Our care model is a deliberate Pasefika cultural approach to ensure settlement and integration into the regions is managed in a sustainable and value add manner.

For decades Pasefika people have come to Aotearoa and have not ventured further than South Auckland.

Respected Pasefika community leaders have expressed that it is time for Pasefika to move out of a compounding situation that has not served us well in recent times, and head to the regions of Aotearoa where jobs and prosperity can be accessed by our communities.

PEP’s mission is to facilitate employment and housing outcomes in the regions using the PEP model of Pasefika Care and Iwi/Industry partnerships.
